Getting Started

When signing up, estimate your water usage between deliveries. Most customers start with the 8-gallon minimum — 2 crates of 4 gallons each — and adjust from there. You can add as many additional crates as you need at checkout.

Delivery Schedule

Choose what works best for you. You can always change your schedule after your first delivery.

On delivery day, set out your empty bottles — with or without a crate, whatever's easier. We swap your empties for full ones and record everything to your account. We'll also send a text reminder the morning of each delivery.

2026 Pricing

Glass & Crate Deposits

We charge a $28 deposit per crate of 4 glass bottles — an $80 value. Deposits and your first order are due at signup. Cancel anytime and return your undamaged crates and bottles for a full deposit refund.

Payment & Billing

An account is created automatically at checkout. Payment is stored securely on our Stripe-powered RevCent platform and auto-drafted after each delivery. You'll receive an email confirmation with a full itemization of every order.

Dispensing & Storage

Glass gallons are heavy — please use caution. A simple way to pour is to keep the bottom edge of the bottle on the counter while you tip it forward. See our pouring guide →

We also make our own custom countertop dispensers. Keep bottles away from prolonged direct sunlight and use care when stacking crates.
